But I do walk beaches and hike somewhat rough trails sans footwear for up to 8 miles. I bought this to grind off thicker calluses in between visits to my podiatrist. Don't tell him, but I don't need to see him as often since I bought this! It does a great job! It runs and charges well, too! I don't see any point in the light. It shines below the point of use, but I have excellent bathroom lighting, so it isn't necessary for me. I didn't think I would use all of the extra hand tools, but I have used about half of them. The bag is really handy to keep everything in one place. I might put some grip tape on the handle. I highly recommend!
